3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable NHS and regulatory guidelines.
- Not share, distribute, or reproduce Platform content without express written permission.
- Report any inaccuracies in clinical safety content immediately using the "Flag" feature.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Community-contributed content (hazard entries, discussions, mitigations) remains the intellectual property of the contributing user. By posting, you grant DCSO Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and index your contributions within the Platform.

Content on this Platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute formal clinical or legal advice. DCSO Hub does not guarantee the accuracy of peer-submitted hazard entries. Always consult your organisation's qualified Clinical Safety Officer for regulatory decisions.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post misleading clinical content, or engage in conduct harmful to the community.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
